Anicha Collective
Brand Identity · Brand Strategy · Visual Identity System, Custom Web Design
After twenty years leading change inside large public institutions, Alyssa Daku knew leaders didn’t need another framework. They needed the capacity to adapt without losing themselves. Our job was to build a brand and a website that made that idea feel clear, credible and worth a leader’s attention from the first scroll.
Change is constant. Capacity can be built.
Anicha isn’t a leadership program that adds more to an already full plate. It’s built on one belief: change is inevitable, and our capacity to meet it can be developed. The brand needed to speak to executives and boards with authority, while still feeling human, reflective and unhurried.
We rooted the identity in the name itself. Anicca, the Pali word for impermanence, shaped a crescent submark and a Ripple pattern drawn from sand and wood grain. Confident typography gives the system its structure, and a grounded palette keeps it warm. The website follows the same rhythm, guiding leaders and organizations toward the right way to work together. The result is a brand that moves the way Anicha works: calm, clear and built for what keeps changing.
