How It Works
DISCOVERY CALL
Begin by completing this short questionnaire to help us understand your needs and craft a personalized plan from the start. Next, we’ll schedule a discovery call to go over the details and address any questions you might have. Once you’re ready to proceed, you’ll select a base design and submit your payment to reserve your selected design week.
ONBOARDING + CONTENT CURATION MEETING
In the second stage, we’ll begin the onboarding process and gather all the necessary content to bring your website to life. We’ll provide you with a step by step guide on what we need from you – This includes collecting your brand assets, like logos and colours, as well as any text, images, or videos you’d like to include on your site. If you don’t have any branding or content, you can add on a branding kit with this package. We’ll meet on zoom together to ensure everything aligns with your vision and goals. Our goal is to make this process smooth and efficient, ensuring we’re set up for success when we dive into the build.
CONTENT GATHERING
Once all the above is ready, we’ll guide you through sharing everything with us – formats and share locations so that we have everything we need before your build week. We’ll review everything and let you know if anything is missing so you have plenty of time to revise or adjust beforehand!
THE BUILD
Your build week has arrived! Throughout this week, we’ll focus entirely on bringing your website to life and your business gets our full attention. By the end of the week, your website will be ready to launch. You’ll also receive a comprehensive handover kit, filled with useful tips to make the most of your site, along with support details and a complete website walkthrough to ensure you feel confident and empowered in managing your new site.
The One Week Website
DAY 1
Configuration and Design Approval
On the first day of your build, we’ll start by configuring your domain (migrate if necessary) and hosting as well as upload all the content to your site – this includes images, copy and any other work you want included. We’ll then send you a visual mockup to get your approval.
DAY 2
Core Development
Here’s where the bulk of your build takes place. We’re going to be working on all the section customizations, navigation and styling of your site.
DAY 3
Form Integration
Today we’ll work on your email marketing integrations. We’ll set up your forms, pop-ups and subscribe / opt-in buttons to ensure you’ve got all the ways you need to grow your newsletter.
DAY4
SEO Implementation
Day Four is dedicated to SEO. We’ll optimize your copy, headings, site titles, images and all on-site specific SEO to ensure you’re site is ready to grow traffic.
DAY 5
Responsiveness and Performance
Here’s where it all comes together. We’ll make sure everything operates perfectly for mobile, tablet and desktop. We’ll also check your site speed and responsiveness so that it’s ready to go!
