- SEO-rich content including Home Page, About Page, Blog, Products Services, FAQ, Policies and Contact Form.
- Essential add-ons like a 404 page, quick links page, legal pages, and a ‘coming soon’ page.
- Branding Kit including – Logo, Color Palette, Fonts, Imagery – not really applicable for you since you already have beautiful branding, unless there are bits and pieces you might need that I could help with… artistic elements or something along those lines.
- Image optimization for fast page loading, including a site audit.
- Enhanced Search Engine Optimization + Keyword List
- Analytics and Google Indexing Setup
- Domain and Hosting set-up
- A helpful website management training video, making it easy to keep your site fresh and updated.
- Six weeks of startup support post-launch
Email Marketing Component:
- Integrated Email Marketing Platform Setup with Flodesk (or other platform of your choice) with free welcome sequence set up.
- Mailing list/opt-in set up with free landing page design
- Setup of your new account, including applying all your branding into flodesk and transferring your list from other platforms, if applicable.
- Assistance with sharing a ‘freebie’ your target audience can’t wait to get their hands on.
- Delivery of an on-brand Full Page Form you can use on your site to grow your list.
- Copywriting and set up of a 3-email welcome sequence Workflow to automate warming up your list
- A 1-hour hand-off call to get you comfortable with your done-for-you email marketing strategy
- Two review and revision period for changes.
Suggested Schedule:
- Week 1: Branding Kit, Keywords and Market Analysis –
- Week 2-3: Website design – wireframe, page layouts, platform design, branding integration-
- Week 4: Client review – feedback given back to me in this week (revision 1).
- Week 5: First Revision + Email Marketing Setup / Form Creation – done by me.
- Week 6: Final Review – your second review (revision 2)
- Week 7: Final Revisions (final payment due before live launch)
